Please enter the first name of the person you want to register on the driveMybox platform, e.g. managing director, fleet manager, dispatcher, etc.
Last name (mandatory field):
Please enter in the appropriate last name.
2. company address section
Address (required field):
Please enter your complete company address in this field.
z. e.g. "Max-Musterman-Allee 1, 22761 Hamburg".
Help in case of problems, if the corresponding address is not displayed:
Solution variant 1: First enter your company name in the address field and pay attention to the suggestions displayed afterwards.
Solution 2: First enter your city and then the company name.
If you receive the following error message: "Address is unknown or invalid", please note the following help:
- Is a house number given?
- Is this address listed on Google Maps?
- If these hints do not help, please contact driveMybox support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. account details section
E-mail address (mandatory field):
Please enter in this field the email address you want to use for your driveMybox account.
This address must be valid and must not already exist in our database.
You will receive a verification code to unlock your account. Please make sure that the spelling is correct.
Assistance in case of problems, if the corresponding e-mail address is not accepted:
- The following error message will appear: "An account with the specified email address is already taken", this email has already been used for another registration process.
- If this is your e-mail address and you have not specified it yourself before, please contact driveMybox support at email@example.com or check whether someone from your company has already used this e-mail address.
- You have used this e-mail address before in another registration attempt.
Then try to log in to your old account and continue the registration there
or use another e-mail address to start over now.
Landline number (mandatory field):
Please enter your landline number here.
Help in case of problems, if the corresponding phone number is not accepted:
The following error message will appear: "Please enter a valid landline number":
- Make sure you have selected the correct country code (e.g. +49 for
- Please make sure that you use a valid area code, but WITHOUT the zero (0) at the beginning.
- You don't have a landline number at the moment? No problem! Alternatively you can enter your

Password (mandatory field):

Please note the following:
--> Your password must contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one number.
Confirm new password (mandatory field):
Please repeat in this field the password you just entered.
Please make sure that the two passwords match.
Accept T&C (mandatory):
You will now receive - on the previously provided email address - a verification code!
Please enter the code that was sent to the email address you provided.
